Howard L. Kelin Of Counsel

Howard Kelin is an experienced litigator with a long track record of successes in some of the most complex of cases, frequently opposing attorneys from much larger law firms.

Over the years he has focused his work in the areas of commercial litigation, education law, construction law, and labor and employment law. He also has substantial experience in alternative dispute resolution, including both mediation and binding arbitration. He currently represents school entities and municipalities in tax assessment appeals.

In addition to his courtroom efforts on behalf of clients, he has always been committed to providing guidance through published articles, legal updates and live educational presentations.

He is a past present of the Pennsylvania School Board Solicitors Association.
