Sweet Stevens Attorneys Named to 2019 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers

New Britain, PA – Several attorneys with Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams have been selected for the 2019 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer list, an honor based on peer recognition and professional achievement. Attorney Ellis H. Katz was named a Super Lawyer for the tenth year in a row, while Jason D. Fortenberry and Thomas C. Warner each were listed as Rising Stars. Fortenberry and Somers have been selected to Rising Stars for the last two years, while Warner has been included in that list since 2015.
Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The patented selection process includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. The Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than 5 percent of attorneys in each state, while Rising Stars recognizes 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state who are under the age of 40 or in practice for less than 10 years.
Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams, LLP was formed in 1995 by nine experienced education lawyers who created the first private law practice in Pennsylvania dedicated entirely to Education Law.
