Sweet Stevens Attorneys speakers at PBI “Exceptional Children Conference”

(New Britain, PA) – Attorneys Andy Faust, Tom Warner and Jane Williams from Sweet, Stevens, Katz & Williams LLP served as faculty members at the “Exceptional Children Conference 2013” on October 28, 2013 hosted by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI), the continuing education arm of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Held at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square, Lancaster, PA, the event was billed as the “premier educational event for child attorneys, school district attorneys, hearing officers and advocates” and offered over a dozen workshops hosted by some of the most experienced education professionals in the state.
Andy Faust co-hosted a “Year in Review” presentation on recent legislative and case law developments, while Tom Warner served as a presenter on an “Introduction to Special Education Law.” Jane Williams co-delivered a program entitled, “Objection! Evidentiary Issues in Special
Education Litigation.”
